Chocolate Ice Cream Slice

Chocolate Ice Cream Slice

This chocolate-filled ice cream slice is absolutely wonderful and I have made it many, many times. Every time I make it, I use different chocolates in it. Our favourites are maltesers and mars together or flake and crunchie, but you could put any chocolate bars in that you like.

Ice Cream Slice

This delicious and easy to make ice cream slice makes a great snack, dessert or refreshing slice for morning or afternoon tea with friends and family. One slice never lasts very long at our place as it is loved by everyone. I’m sure it will the same for you!

Chocolate Ice Cream Slice Variations

I make this recipe with a layer of biscuits, followed by the ice cream filled with chocolate pieces, though you could add another layer of biscuits on top as well.

You could also drizzle melted chocolate over the top as well for a delicious twist. Or sprinkle with grated or chocolate chocolate.

Instead of or as well as adding chocolate pieces, you could add fruit pieces, ice cream topping or even crushed up Tim Tams or biscuit pieces.

You can even swirl through syrups and jellies!
