These Banana, Mango & Raspberry Popsicles is not only a great, cold snack but it is healthier than many store bought options.

It’s been so hot here lately, that we have been looking for lots for ways to keep cool. These Banana, Mango & Raspberry Popsicles is not only a great, cold snack but it is healthier than many store bought options.

Ingredients:

  • flesh from 1 mango, peeled and chopped into chunks
  • 1 banana, peeled, roughly chopped
  • 1 cup Greek yoghurt
  • ½ cup raspberries, fresh or frozen

Method:

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Insert popsicle sticks into the moulds and place the moulds on a tray that will fit into the freezer.
  3. Pour mixture into popsicle moulds.
  4. Freeze for 4-6 hours or overnight until solid.
  5. Pop out of the moulds and store in an airtight container in the freezer.

  • 1/2 cup Raspberries, frozen or fresh
Prevent your screen from going dark

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
    Insert popsicle sticks into the moulds and place the moulds on a tray that will fit into the freezer.
    Pour mixture into popsicle moulds.
    Freeze for 4-6 hours or overnight until solid.
    Pop out of the moulds and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
