A fun way to learn more about 2D shapes is with these fun Shape Playdough Mats. Children will also be having fun while working on their fine motor skills as they mould the playdough into the correct 2D shapes.

Shape Playdough Mats
These mats are a great way for young children to work on their fine motor skills while learning about different 2d Shapes.
In this pack, you will receive two sets of mats:
- Full page colour mats
- Full page black and white mats
These full page mats include a large picture of a 2d shape which children can follow, creating the picture with their playdough. On the bottom of the mats is the name of the shape. They use a pencil, crayon, or marker to trace the word. Children could also create the letters out of playdough.
On the right hand side of the page, there are 6 boxes. Each of these boxes contain a real life object of a variety of shapes. There are three correct shapes that match the shape they are learning about on the mat. They can use balls of playdough, counters, mini erasers, pom poms or paperclips to mark the three matching shapes.
