Nursery Rhyme Playdough Mats

A fun way to learn more about rhyming is with these fun Nursery Rhyme Playdough Mats. Children will also be having fun while working on their fine motor skills as they mould the playdough into the correct shapes that relate to a variety of different shapes that go with each of the nursery rhymes.

Nursery Rhyme Playdough Mats

These mats are a great way for young children to work on their fine motor skills while learning seven different nursery rhymes.

In this pack, you will receive two sets of mats:

  • Half page colour mats
  • Half page black and white mats

Nursery Rhyme Playdough Mats

These half page mats include a large picture that relates to the nursery rhyme which children can follow, creating the picture with their playdough. On the bottom of the mats is the name of the shape. They use a pencil, crayon, or marker to trace the word. Children could also create the letters out of playdough.

The seven nursery rhymes in this pack are:

  • Little Bo Peep
  • Row, row, row your Boat
  • This Little Piggy
  • Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star
  • Little Miss Muffet
  • Little Boy Blue
  • Pat-A-Cake

There are at least 7 half-page mats as well as one half-page mat that contains a rhyme.
