Macadamia and Lime Fudge

With the crunch of macadamia nut and a hint of lime, this is one awesome fudge!

It has a lovely white chocolate flavoured with a crunch and a slightly citrus tang! So very delicious!

Fudge Tips

  • The fudge mixture can burn easily so make sure to keep it over a low heat and stir constantly. I prefer to use a flat-edged wooden spoon as I find it gets into the edges better.
  • As soon as the chocolate and condensed milk are melted, you will need to move quickly adding the lime and the nuts as it will begin to set as soon it is taken off the heat.

Storing Fudge

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.

Remove from the fridge just before serving so it doesn’t start to melt too quickly.

Ingredients for this Fudge

  • 1 tin or 395g Condensed Milk
  • 500g White Chocolate
  • 150g Macadamia Nuts
  • Zest of Two Limes

Making Lime and Macadamia Fudge

Line a square baking pan with baking paper.

Place the condensed milk and chopped white chocolate in a saucepan.

Stir while over low heat until smooth.

Once fully melted and combined, remove the saucepan from the heat and mix in the chopped macadamia nuts and freshly grated lime zest.

Pour into the prepared pan and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight until set.
