This delicious macadamia and lime fudge is just amazing! It is one of my personal favourite fudges of all time, and so very easy to make as well. Maybe I should go and whip up another batch now!
Macadamia and Lime Fudge
With the crunch of macadamia nut and a hint of lime, this is one awesome fudge!
It has a lovely white chocolate flavoured with a crunch and a slightly citrus tang! So very delicious!
Fudge Tips
- The fudge mixture can burn easily so make sure to keep it over a low heat and stir constantly. I prefer to use a flat-edged wooden spoon as I find it gets into the edges better.
- As soon as the chocolate and condensed milk are melted, you will need to move quickly adding the lime and the nuts as it will begin to set as soon it is taken off the heat.
Storing Fudge
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
Remove from the fridge just before serving so it doesn’t start to melt too quickly.
