Ancient Egypt was a powerful civilisation that had a great belief in the afterlife and different gods and goddesses. There is so much to learn about this Empire, though this flip book covers only a few. With this research printable pack, children will study six different aspects of the Egyptian life style.

This Ancient Egypt printable contains information for children on six different aspects of the life and beliefs of the Egyptians:

• Ankh – an important symbol for the Egyptians
• Eye of Horus – another symbol that is widely found in artwork, and heiroglyphics
• Tutankhamun – King Tut, a well-known Egyptian pharaoh
• Pyramids –  built as burial places and monuments for the pharaohs
• Mummification – the process of preservation that took place before burial
• Hieroglyphs – the writing text of the Ancient Egyptians

 

In this flip book, you will receive one page of information about each of the six objects as well as the flip book. This information page can be used to complete the flip book, though it would be good for children to do their own research. The pages of the flip book include spots for children to record their research in their own words as well as draw pictures if they wish.
