Ocean Life Sensory Bin

Give your young children an awesome opportunity to create amazing underwater scenes and learn more about ocean creatures and shells with this awesome sensory bin.  A hands-on approach to learning is not only fun and exciting but it also provides children with a great learning experience as they learn best when seeing, touching and feeling objects.

To create this amazing sensory bin, you will need:

Pluffle in blue or blue coloured rice
Seashells
Water Beads
Small Ocean Themed Toys
A bin with a lid.

Once you have all the supplies ready, pour the pluffle or rice into your bin. Pluffle is really amazing for hands-on play. Take a moment and enjoy it yourself!

Sensory bins, sensory bottles and sensory bags allow children to explore, discover, imagine, create, and learn while engaging their senses. If you've ever made a sensory bin for your child before, you may have noticed that it captured their attention more than you expected it would.

Then add a few different seashells to the bin.

When playtime has come to an end, encourage your child to find and collect all of the water beads, removing them from the bin and placing them in a container before discarding.
