With shark week coming up, I thought I would make some fun shark themed printables. These cute shark shape matching cards are a great way to introduce children to many different 2d and 3d shapes.

To Prepare The Cards
I recommend printing these cards out on white paper and then laminating for durability. In this printable pack you will find both colour and a black and white version of these cards, so you can use which ever cards you wish.
To Use
There are two varieties of cards. For young children that are still being introduced to the different 2d and 3d shapes, use the cards with the shape names on them. As they match these cards, they can learn to read and recognise the name of each of the shapes.
Once they have mastered this, they can move up to the cards without the names on them.
These cards can also be used in memory and other fun matching games as well.
