This chamomile ginger honey is great for relieving pain associated with headaches and migraines while also help to soothe a scratchy throat and other symptoms associated with colds and flus.
Ingredients for Making Chamomile Ginger Honey
To make this honey, you will need:
- 1 Cup Honey
- 2 tsp Chamomile Powder
- 2 tsp Ginger Powder
- Small Glass Jar
Honey is a great base that can help soothe the stomach. I love to use raw, organic Manuka honey in all my recipes.
Chamomile can help reduce stress, calm the nerves which help eliminate headache triggers.
Ginger can help improve circulation which helps to reduce pain, ease nausea and lower inflammation.

Making Chamomile Ginger Honey
In the small glass jar, add the ginger powder and the chamomile powder.
Pour the honey on top of the powder, completely covering it.
Slowly and carefully combine the mixture using a knife. Make sure to remove all the air bubbles and that the powders are completely mixed through the honey.
Cover with the lid and store in a cool, dry place.
Using Chamomile Ginger Honey
At the onset of a headache or migraine, take a teaspoon of the honey or mix 1 teaspoon of the honey with hot water and sip on it.
