Easy to make at home, this natural infused honey provides anti-inflammatory properties to help calm nerves, reduce pain and stress while calming the nerves.
In the small glass jar, add the ginger powder and the chamomile powder.
Pour the honey on top of the powder, completely covering it.
Slowly and carefully combine the mixture using a knife. Make sure to remove all the air bubbles and that the powders are completely mixed through the honey.
Cover with the lid and store in a cool, dry place.
To Use: At the onset of a headache or migraine, take a teaspoon of the honey or mix 1 teaspoon of the honey with hot water and sip on it.
