Ginger Tea

This delicious, spicy tea is not only great for warming up on cold days, it is a great way to help soothe upset stomachs and ease indigestion.

Ginger Tea Notes

  • You can add more ginger, be mindful, the more you add, the spicer it will be.
  • For a vegan option, use maple syrup and not honey.
  • If you have any leftover ginger, slice and freeze to use in future ginger teas. Just remove from the freezer and add to the saucepan as needed.

This recipe can be multiplied many times to make a big batch and prepared ahead.

Once done, allow the leftovers to cool to room temperature, then store in an airtight glass jar such as a mason jar in the fridge for up to four days.

Then drink chilled or reheat for a warm tea.
