Homemade Degreaser Spray

This homemade degreaser spray is great for removing those tough greasy messes.

The white vinegar is great for sanitising, while the liquid Castile soap is a great stain remover and degreaser. The bicarbonate of soda is a soft abrasive that helps with the tougher stains and the essential oils add a lovely, clean scent to this spray.

Homemade Kitchen Degreaser Spray Notes

  • Due to the vinegar in this recipe, do NOT use this spray on granite or marble surfaces.
  • Do a spot test first to make sure before using on the whole area.
  • Degrease regularly so that it is easier to clean.
  • Let the spray sit for a bit to dig away at the grease before wiping clean.
  • Rinse away thoroughly with a clean, damp cloth.
  • I like to dry the surface then with another clean cloth.

Essential Oils

Essential oils are potent, and need to be diluted. Be careful when spraying that the spray doesn’t get to areas like your eyes.
