Children will enjoy making a gorgeous Mother’s Day Card for that special person in their life this Mother’s Day.

Mother’s Day Card Craft

To make this easy card craft, you will need:

  • Colourful Craft Paper
  • Scissors
  • Cardstock
  • Glue
  • PDF Template

To Make this Card:

First, you’ll need to gather all the listed supplies.

Then cut out the pieces for your flower card using the template provided.

Now, take two strips of paper, placing one strip horizontally and the other strip vertically and make a plus (+) sign.

Glue them in the middle.

Next, similar to the previous step, place two more paper strips over the cross diagonally and make an (x) sign.

Glue them with the previous ones on the middle.

Now take an end of one of the strips and bring it towards the centre, then glue it there.

Repeat, gluing the rest of the strips onto the centre to make the flower.

Now to make the middle of the flower. Take the spiral circular piece of paper, and start rolling it from the tip, and all the way to the centre.

After you have made your spiral flower, glue it on the middle of the paper strip flower.

Now to prepare the card. Glue the white card-stock inside the larger card-stock paper, making a coloured border around the white card.

First, take the flower’s stem (green paper strip) and glue it on the bottom side of the card.

Then glue the flower on the top of the stem.

Finish off this Mother’s Day Card Craft, glue the leaves of the flower on the two sides of the stem.
