Making caramel ice cream is very easy and it is soon tasty. This Caramel Malteser Ice Cream Slice mixes two of my favourites; caramel ice cream and maltesers!

For this recipe, I used a mixture of the dark chocolate and milk chocolate maltesers which I purchased from Coles, though you could add other chocolates such as flake, cherry ripe, white chocolate pieces or crunchie.

This ice cream slice can be kept in the freezer in the slice pan without decorating the top and can be enjoyed over multiple meals, though something this delicious, won’t last very long at all.
