Owl Paper Craft Instructions
Select a light coloured paper (we used a lovely cream coloured paper) for the front part, a lovely light pink for the blush and heart, orange or white for the feet; white for the eyes; and 2 different shades of brown papers for the body base and the wings. Trace and cut out the patterns nicely.
Carefully attach the front part on the body base cutout with glue.
Next, paste the 2 feet cutouts on the bottom side of the body base pattern, keeping the feet facing outwards. Then, glue the eyes near the top side of the front part, followed by pasting the blush cutouts on both cheeks, below the eyes.
Next, paste the beak cutouts between the eyes.
Take a wing cutout and apply glue along its outer side; place the glued side aligned with the body base outline. The wing should be attached to the body base along the side only and the rest of it should be free from glue.
Add the other wing in the same way, only on the opposite side of the body.
Trace and cut out a heart shaped piece from a coloured paper of your choice – we used the same light pink colour as the cheeks. Slide the heart cutout under the wings of the papercraft owl to complete the craft.
You do not need to add a heart, you could add any shape or object that you want.
