This printable pack contains nine different activities for young children to learn, practice and review adding with single digits, within 10. These fun no-prep addition worksheets are great for preparing young children for leaning basic math skills which they will use in future math lessons.
Addition within 10
With this 20+ page construction themed printable pack, young children in preschool, kindergarten, grades one and even two, will have fun while learning, practicing and reviewing adding within 10. By concentrating on basic math skills, making sure children completely understand the process, they will be able to transition to harder skills in the future years. It will also help them out and about in their daily life, helping them to add and count things so much easier and faster.
There are nine different activities included in this pack, many of the activities have two pages of the same activity as well.
These activities on these adding to 10 worksheets include:
- Solving the equation by writing the answer in the stop sign
- Deciphering the number line, writing the equation and then working out the answer
- Cut and paste the answer to the addition equations
- Count the objects and fill in the equations. Children can colour in the pictures as they count or when they have completed the activities on the page
- Cut out the equations, work out the answers and paste the equation under the correct answer
- Colour in the pictures to represent the equation and then write the answer
- Colour the toolboxes with the correct equations blue and the incorrect equations purple
- Fill in the missing numbers in the number bond charts
- Colour in the picture using the addition code. There are five different construction themed colour by addition pages.
