To Prepare:

These puzzles are fairly easy to prepare. With two puzzles per page, print out the design you want, cut out and laminate if desired.

These gorgeous Valentine Alphabet puzzles are fun and a great way to work on phonics while talking about different ways we can show love and kindness this Valentine's Day.

To Use:

For young children, start with one letter at a time. Give them the three parts of the puzzle and as they put it together, have them say the name and sound of each letter and then the name of the picture.

If these puzzle pieces are laminated, children could practice writing over the uppercase and lowercase letters of the alphabet with a dry-erase marker.

There is a colour and a black and white version available as well as a version with and one without the words, naming the pictures.
