Pancakes are great for breakfast and lunch (We have been known to have them for tea too.)
Pancakes (Thermo)
Simple Living. Creative LearningIngredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups plain flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3 eggs
- ½ cup oil
- 1 ½ cups buttermilk
Instructions
- With the chopping blade in, mix the sugar, flour and baking powder on SP6, 6 secs.
- Add the eggs, buttermilk and oil and mix SP6, 10 secs.
- Scrape down the sides and mix again SP6, 10 secs.
