A fun way to work on learning the letters of the alphabet and letter recognition is with these fun Ice Cream themed Alphabet Worksheets.

Check out the list of materials that we use with these printables.

Ice Cream Themed Alphabet Worksheets

This printable pack contains one tracing worksheet for each uppercase and lowercase letter of the alphabet. Each page contains an ice cream cone with the letter of the page on the scoop. It also contains two rows of the letter which children can practice tracing the letter. Children can have fun pronouncing each letter as they trace over them. The third activity includes finding the letter.

These ice cream themed alphabet worksheets are a great way for children to practice letter recognition and work on their handwriting skills.

Ways to Use

  • Print out all worksheets and have your child trace the letter in the scoop, then colour the ice cream in. They can then trace over the two rows of letters before crossing out or circling the letters as they find them. Once completed, they could laminate them and hold them together with a binder ring in the top left hand corner.
  • Print out all worksheets, laminate them and have your child use a dry erase marker to trace all the letters and cross out or circle the letters. Hold together with a binder ring in the top left hand corner. Children could use pom poms, buttons or counters to decorate the letters of the alphabet.
  • Print out all worksheets and have your child trace the letters of the alphabet, then cross out or circle the letters in the ‘Find the Letter’ section before  colouring in the ice cream cone with paints, colouring pencils or crayons. Laminating and holding them together with a binder ring in the top left hand corner.

These ice cream themed alphabet worksheets are a great way for children to practice letter recognition and work on their handwriting skills.
