Gingerbread Soap Bars

Gingerbread Soap Bars

These easy to make gingerbread soap bars are so lovely, bringing the amazing scent of gingerbread into another part of your life.

Wrap up to give as a gift or use in your or your spare bathrooms, especially when you have guests this holiday season.

This recipe for these soap bars, makes 6 bars when you use the mould in our link and one pound of soap base.

Tips

  • Once the soap base is melted, you will need to move quickly, as it hardens as it cools down.
  • If your soap does start to harden, place it back into the microwave and heat for 10 seconds.
  • Do not move the soap until it is set, so the mould will need to be placed on a flat surface before you add the melted soap mixture.
  • If using the same soap mould, this recipe will make 6 gingerbread soap bars.

Soap Bar Supplies

To make this yummy smelling soap, you will need:

  • 1 pound soap base which is ½ of this soap base
  • ¼ cup ground ginger
  • 2 TBSP ground cinnamon
