Homemade Carnivore Meatballs

Carnivore Meatballs

Incredibly soft and tender, these tasty meatballs consist of simple ingredients that are not only budget-friendly, but are basic ingredients that you probably already have on hand.

Tips and Tricks

  • Mince: Any ground mince will work in these meatballs – You can try using pork, chicken, turkey or beef mince or even a mixture of two.
  • Spices: Here you can get creative, depending on your preference. Spices such as smoked paprika, chilli flakes, garlic powder, dried parsley, black pepper and dried coriander are just a couple of ideas.
  • Cheese: The cheese can be removed if it doesn’t suit your preference. Mozzarella and parmesan can be used instead of cheddar cheese.
  • Others: Other ingredients that could be added is diced onion, grated ginger and a splash of soy sauce, diced jalapeños or even a small amount of your favourite sauce such as buffalo sauce or sweet chilli sauce.
