Add all the ingredients to a large bowl and mix together. The easiest way to do this is by using your hands!
Using a cookie scoop, gather a small amount of meat and roll it into a ball.
Place the balls onto the prepared tray. Repeat until all the mixture has been used.
Transfer the tray to the oven and bake for 10 minutes.
Turn over the balls and bake for a further 10 minutes until cooked through.
Remove from oven and transfer to a plate to cool slightly before enjoying.
Once cooked, these meatballs can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for a couple of days.
They can also be frozen. Make up a batch and freeze the balls on the tray before cooking them. Then, when frozen, place the balls into a freezer-safe container or bag and store in the freezer for up to 2 months.
To reheat, place in the oven or in the air fryer until warmed through.
