What you Need to Set it Up

To set up your salve ebook, you will need:

  • Binder
  • Clear Sleeves
  • Printer Paper
  • A good quality pen

What to Do

  • Print out all the pages you need from the pdf file that can be obtained through the link at the bottom of this page.
  • Use the cover page for the front of the binder and the sectional heading pages with the dividers.
  • Place the printed pages into the clear sleeves, printing out more as needed.
  • Attach the pen to the binder so it doesn’t get lost. A piece of string or ribbon can be used.
  • Make sure to save your pdf file for future use!
  • If you prefer, you could just bind the printed pages together or staple them in the top left hand corner.
