We thought this was very yummy. Almost like the ones you can buy in the shops.

Ingredients
- 350 mls milk
- 2 eggs
- 90 g sugar
- nutmeg
- tart shell
Instructions
- Beat the eggs well, then add the milk.
- Add sugar and beat until the sugar is dissolved.
- Pour into an unbaked tart shell.
- Bake at 216C for around 25 minutes or until set.
