Using these Cutting Printables

There are many ways to use these cutting printables. As they do, they will be working on their fine motor skills and coordination as they use scissors. The dashed lines around the pictures will help your children learn to follow the lines while cutting and make precise cuts. This is also a great time to teach children the important proper use of scissors.

After choosing the pack that you want your child to work on, print out the pages for them.

Every cutting worksheet includes:

• A picture to colour
• A picture to cut out – the same picture that was coloured in

Children can:

• Practice reading and writing the words on separate paper
• Colour, then cut out the images
• They can write the words/s on a coloured piece of paper, cut out the images and paste on the coloured page. Then, when done, they can binder them together to make a book
