‘Love is in the Air’ Diffuser Blends

With Valentine’s Day approaching, there is a lot of love in the air. Besides smelling amazing and helping with romance, essential oils can have many benefits on the body such as calming, relaxing, motivating and supporting healthy hormones and your respiratory system.

Choosing A Diffuser

First thing you will need is a diffuser. I have quite a few different types of diffusers, this one is great for small areas, and this one for big areas. 

Next, you will need some clean water. Distilled water is best to use as it won’t clog up the diffuser and will help it last longer. Always remember to clean your diffuser weekly to keep it running great and this will also help it to last longer.

You will also need essential oils to put into your diffuser.

• 4 drops Grapefruit
