This is a quick and easy jelly slice recipe.
It was okay, but we liked the Jelly Cheesecake Slice a lot better.
- 3 pkts jelly
- 3 cups boiling water
- 1 TBSP gelatin
- 1 cup cream
- Combine the jelly crystals, water and gelatin and stir until dissolved.
- Add cream and stir through.
- Pour into a slice tray and refrigerate overnight.
- Cut into slices before serving.
