This is the first week of the All Aussie Not Back to School Blog Hop and the subject is Students. In the post, I will be letting you know a little about our boys and their interests, so that you may be able to get to know them a little better.

This will be the sixth year of homeschooling our energetic and amazing boys. As I was counting up the years that we have been homeschooling, I was surprised to how fast it has all gone. I can remember the first year when R was in prep and B wanted to do school with his brother, sitting on my lap as R was learning his phonics. This year they are in grades 3 and 5. How the time has flown!

R

R is our oldest boy who loves sport like his daddy. He joined the junior program at the golf course that his father is part of last year and has flourished. Our shy little boy has been growing up and over the last couple of years, has been growing more confident with everything. He loves to build things with lego and read books as well. R also loves to help out in the kitchen. He loves baking cookies and cakes and helping ice them. He is getting quite good at baking on his own.

B

B is more of the creative type. He loves painting and building with lego. Everyday, he brings me new creations he had made with his lego and everyday he asks for more lego. Apparently you can never have too much lego!  B also loves to help out in the garden, watering the plants and picking the fruit and vegetables. He also loves to help out in the kitchen. He is a sweet little boy who never seems to run out of energy.

So there is a little about our boys. We are looking forward to the adventures that this year is sure to bring.
