Add all the herbs and spices to a bowl and mix together.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature. Always shake the container to mix the herbs before using.
To Make Spaghetti Sauce
Add two cups of water, 1 x 6 ounce can tomato paste and ΒΌ cup of the spaghetti seasoning mix to a saucepan.
Bring the mixture to the boil over medium heat and simmer, stirring often, until it has thickened to your desired consistency.
This homemade spaghetti sauce can be made in advanced and store either in the fridge for 3 to 4 days, or in the freezer for up to six months. Before freezing, allow the mixture to cool completely. Store flat, in a freezer bag.
To use, simply place the frozen sauce in a pot and reheat.
