Take a small ball of dough and form a ball around a piece of rolo. An easy way is to make a ball and flatten it, place the rolo in the middle of the flatten circle and then close the dough around the rolo.
Place on lined baking tray and repeat until all dough is used.
Bake at 180C for about 7-8 minutes.
Serve warm or cold. Can sprinkle with icing sugar.
The dough may be a little sticky, so wet your hands or spray with oil before rolling into balls.
