Homemade Playdough using Crayons

Ingredients

Instructions
First, combine the dry ingredients - flour, cream of tartar and salt - in a bowl.
Remove the labels, if any, from the crayons. Add the oil and crayons to a medium pot and cook over medium heat until the crayons are melted.
Add the water to the pot, stirring. The wax may separate, but continue to stir.
Slowly add the dry ingredients to the pot and continue to stir.
When the liquid has absorbed and the dough comes together into a ball, transfer the dough to a cutting board lined with baking paper.
The dough will still be hot. When warm, but cool enough to handle, knead the dough until it is smooth - this should take about 2 minutes.
Repeat for each colour of playdough that you want.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two months.
