Homemade Dandelion Lotion Bars
These easy to make, homemade dandelion lotion bars are great to have on hand for moisturising dry, cracked skin.

Ingredients
3 oz
(85g)
shea, cocoa or mango butter
3 oz
(85g)
beeswax
3 oz
(85g)
dandelion infused oil
dandelion petals,
optional
5
drops
Lavender Essential Oil,
optional

Instructions
Add the butter and beeswax to a microwavable safe jug and gently melt, using short increments, and stirring in between each increment.
Add the dandelion infused oil and mix through.
Add the essential oils, if using and mix through.
Drop a couple of dandelion petals into the bottom of each mould, if using, then pour the melted mixture into the mould cavities.
Let set for at least an hour.
Remove from mould and store in an airtight container.
Depending on your moulds, this recipe will make a few lotion bars.
To use, simple rub the bar through your hands.

Notes
You can easily make as much or as little of this recipe as you want, just use the ratio of (1:1:1) - 1 part butter to 1 part beeswax and 1 part dandelion infused oil.
