Add the condensed milk, eggs, peanut better and sugar and beat together.
Freeze until slushy.
Just before you take the ice cream out to beat again, make the chocolate fudge sauce.
Beat the slushy ice cream until it becomes creamy.
Stir in the peanuts and pour into baking tray. Drizzle about 1/4 cup of the hot chocolate fudge sauce on top and swirl through with a toothpick or skewer.
Freeze until set.
Chocolate Fudge Sauce
Place the butter, condensed milk and chocolate chips in a saucepan.
Heat on medium heat until melted and smooth.
Stir in the salt.
Store in containers in the fridge. Heat a small amount when ready to serve.
