These relaxing chamomile bath salts are incredibly soothing for irritated and sensitive skin.

Chamomile Flower
Dried

Epsom Salts

Chamomile Essential Oil

Instructions
To make these salts, add the chamomile flowers and epsom salts to a herb or coffee grinder.
Grind until the mixture is powdered down and mixed through.
Add to a bowl and add the essential oils, if using and mix thoroughly.
Pour the bath salts into the container and add the lid.
To use:
Add 1-3 tablespoons of bath salts to your bath under your running tap. These salts can also be used in for soaking feet.

Notes
If you have fresh chamomile flowers, you can use them, though you will need to dry the mixture after grinding it into a powder. Just spread the Epsom Salts and chamomile mix on a lined baking tray and let dry for about 24 hours.
