This week we have been learning about nutrition and the food pyramid. To help the boys better understand I made this Montessori Inspired 3 part cards.
Also included in this pack is a Food Journal. We found this very helpful. The boys wrote down what they ate for a week and then we sat down and went through it and talked about how healthy their diet had been for the week and how they could improve it.
