Dinosaur Cutting and Tracing Printables
Enhance your child’s motor and sensory skills along with their concentration skill with these wonderful dinosaur themed printables.
This cutting and tracing pack contains 12 full page worksheets for cutting and 12 pages for tracing.
Dinosaur Cutting
For the 12 cutting pages, children will need a pair of scissors that suit their needs.
On these pages, there is the name of the dinosaur. This can be traced or coloured in.
At the bottom of the page is a dinosaur that is surrounded by a dotted line. Children will cut out the dinosaur on this dotted line. They can then decorate the dinosaur how they wish and then paste it on the dinosaur at the top of the page.
Once the worksheets have been completed, they could be laminated and then used with playdough, buttons or pom poms to create the pictures for more fine motor skill practice.
Dinosaur Tracing
For the 12 tracing pages, children will need a lead pencil, colouring pencil, marker or pen.
At the top of the page is the name of the dinosaur in lines that they will trace.
Then, they can move onto tracing the dinosaur.
At the bottom of the page are three sets of lines. Children can either practice writing the name of the dinosaur or write a short sentence or two about the dinosaur in these lines.
Once the worksheets have been completed, they could be laminated and then used with playdough, buttons or pom poms to create the pictures for more fine motor skill practice.
