I have been using a blog planner for the last year and have found it really helpful. This year I have made my own, hope you enjoy it!

For each month you can choose between plain monthly calendar and one with boxes that can be ticked off.

For each month there is a page for statistics, post ideas and notes and a page for guest posts and giveaways.

 

 

And lastly for each month, a sponsors page and a weekly calendar.
