It was a hot day when B asked for an icy cold drink.
We searched through the freezer and found a packet of frozen berries.
I placed some berries, some ice and a little apple juice in the thermo (a food processor or blender that can crush ice would work too) and processed it until all the ice was crushed.
The first try, it was still not liquid enough to drink, so we added more apple juice bit by bit until we were able to get an icy, drinkable mix.
B loved it! It was cold and refreshing and very yummy!
I have tried it with just one berry, but we have found using a mix of berries gives it a such a better flavour.
