Due to some surprising reactions and hurtful behaviours of people lately, we have started talking a lot about how you should and treat other people to our boys. In Exodus 20, the Bible gives a list of rules that we should follow, and this, 10 Commandments Read, Write and Memorise Pack is a great way to help your children with this.

The Ten Commandments

In this pack I have included 3 different versions of The Ten Commandments. One is very simple for the younger children, one is a bit more complex for the older children and one is based on the King James Version of the Bible. There are two poster copies of each the different versions of the Ten Commandments. Just chose the version and picture you want, print off, laminate and place in an area where all can see.

10 Commandments

This pack will take 5 weeks to complete, learning two new commandments a week until all have been learnt. There is a small writing activity that is to be completed 6 days a week that will help your child memorise these Ten Commandments.

The activities on each day are:

Day 1: Read and Write

Day 2: Read and Write

Day 3: Read and Vocabulary

Day 4: Read and Find / fill in the Words

Day 5: Read and Write

Day 6: Write the passage from Memory

Day 7: Rest and memorise
