Heat oil in saucepan and saute onion, garlic and zucchini, mushrooms, and then brown mince. Add tomato paste, soup and paste. Stir in the remaining ingredients and simmer for about 20-30 minutes.
On the stove top
Boil about 1L of water in a saucepan. You can add a dash of salt and a slurp of oil if you choose to. Place the spaghetti in the bowl and cook until it is to your liking. You may need to add a little more water if the water level gets too low.
In the thermo machine
Add the onion that has been quartered and the garlic cloves and pulse about 3 times, until you get it to your liking. Make sure you scrape the sides of the bowl down between each pulse.
Add 1 TBSP oil and then cook 3mins,SP1,100deg
Add the mince. My mince was mostly frozen. This helps it to not get mushed up as much.
Cook 10 mins, SP1, 100deg. When this is done, drain the mince.
Then add the rest of the ingredients and cook 20mins, SP1, 100deg.
Then I pour this mixture into a bowl and place it in the microwave to keep it warm.
For the pasta
Add 1.2L boiling water to the bowl of the Bellini. You can add a dash of salt and a slurp of oil if you choose to. Set the timer to 14 mins,SP1, 100deg and put on the lid minus the measuring cup.
Add the spaghetti pasta through the hole where the measuring cup goes. It will poke out of the top and spin round and round for a while until it gets soft enough and falls into the bowl. (Our boys thought this was great to watch!)
If you like your pasta harder, cook it for a little less and if you like it softer, cook for a little longer.
