Rose Salve
Incredibly easy to make, learn how to make this lovely rose salve that is amazingly beneficial for your skin.

Servings: 6 oz
Ingredients
- 2 ½ TBSP Beeswax
- ¼ Cup Infused Rose Oil
- 20 Drops Essential Oil, Rose or Sensual
- ¼ tsp Pink Mica Powder, Lipstick or pink clay, will also work
Instructions
- Make a rose-infused oil by adding rose petals in a glass jar with a carrier oil of your choice. This recipe uses olive oil, but any will work. Let sit for 4-6 weeks in a dark cupboard. Then strain your oil.
- Pour the infused rose oil and beeswax into a glass container and heat up in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each heating session, until the beeswax has melted. The double broiler method works for this as well.
- Gently add in the pink mica powder and mix thoroughly. Add a little mica powder at a time until you have your desired colour.
- Add 20 drops of your essential oil. Rose essential oil is expensive, sensual essential oil from Plant Therapy is a great substitute.
- Carefully pour the mixture into your tins and let sit overnight or until it fully hardens.
