Instructions
Making Natural Deodorant Cream
In a double boiler, gently melt the coconut oil and shea butter until they are melted and mixed together.
Remove from the heat and gently stir in the arrowroot powder and bicarbonate of soda until fully combined.
Let the mixture cool slightly, then add the essential oils if using and mix well.
Pour the mixture into a small glass jar or container and let cool completely until it solidifies.
Using Natural Deodorant Cream
Wet underarms slightly as this helps the cream to spread evenly.
Using a wooden scoop or your finger, collect a small pea-sized amount of the cream. A little goes a long way with this deodorant cream.
Apply to dry underarms with your fingers.
This natural deodorant helps reduce sweating, it does not entirely prevent it, so feel free to reapply as needed, especially after a workout or on a hot day.
