This moisturising beeswax lip balm contains only three ingredients, making it an easy to make balm that can easily be customised to your needs as well.
Combine the beeswax, coconut oil and the carrier oil in a microwaveable container and heat for 30 seconds at a time in the microwave until the beeswax is completely melted. Stir in between each heat burst.This process could also be done in a double boiler.
Add the essential oil if using and mix through.
Pour the mixture into small glass jars, lip balm containers or tins.
Let the lip balm cool and set.
The lip balm is now ready to label, date and store.

Any carrier oil will work - Avocado Oil, Jojoba Oil, Sweet Almond Oil or an infused oil such as calendula infused oil, lavender infused oil
Shea Butter, tallow or cocoa butter can be used instead of the coconut oil.
