Mix the cream on SP10, 10 sec
then scrape down the sides and beat on SP6, 10 sec.
Then scrape down the sides again and repeat SP6, 10 sec.
Add the caramel and mix on SP6, 10 secs.
Chop (or smash) 3/4 of the maltesers and add them to the ice cream mixture.
Line a large loaf pan with baking paper.
Pour mixture into the pan and freeze until solid, usually overnight.
Take the loaf pan out the of the freezer and tip upside down.
Using the edges of the baking paper, slide the ice cream slice out of the pan.
Remove baking paper and cut into 2-3cm slices.
Serve immediately with extra maltesers.
