3 Pint Size Mason Jars with rings and lids
Ingredients

pickling cucumbers,
thinly sliced
1
cup
onions,
sliced
1
cup
sugar
1/2
cup
apple cider vinegar
1
TBSP
salt

celery seed
Instructions
Cut the cucumbers into spears or thin slices and add to a medium bowl.
Slice the onions into rings and add to the bowl with the cucumbers.
Sprinkle the onion and cucumbers with the salt and the celery seed and thoroughly mix through.
Add the sugar to the bowl.
Add the apple cider vinegar to the bowl.
Mix thoroughly.
Pour the mixture into clean mason jars, dividing the apple cider vinegar juice between all the jars.
Cover the jars with the lids and rings and place in the fridge.
Leave in the fridge for up to one week, before enjoying.
