Pizza Bread
This pizza bread is easy to make, and tastes delicious. The dough can be made in a thermo machine or in a stand mixer with a dough hook.
Once the dough is made and has been left to sit for 1 hour to rise, separate it into 2 parts and roll out the first part into a square on a floured board.
Lightly spray with olive oil and sprinkle with rosemary or create a pizza base by mixing tomato paste with a little basil, dried garlic and rosemary and spread it on the dough.
Add the toppings of your choice, fold one side of the dough over ⅔’s of the way to cover the fillings, then fold the other side over the same way. Press the edges down and gently slice the top of the bread.
Spray with a little olive oil, sprinkle with a little more rosemary and top with some grated cheese.
Bake in a moderate oven for around 20 minutes, until golden.
