We go through bucket loads of milo in this house. Not only is it eaten on many things, it is also drunk in cold and hot drinks. I made Milo Balls and Milo Biscuits and have loved them both, and now we love milo cupcakes too.
These milo cupcakes are delicious, especially when topped with condensed milk icing. To make condensed milk icing, beat butter, icing sugar and condensed milk together in a bowl. Spread the icing or use a piping bag to top the milo cupcakes.
I make my own condensed milk, which is quick and easy and only has four ingredients.
