Mars Bar Slice Notes
- Adding the coconut oil to the milk chocolate will help the top to stop cracking when you are cutting the slice into pieces.
- The firmer the slice is pressed into the tin, the better the slice will hold together.
- Use a small serrated knife to cut the slice into pieces. Taking the slice out of the fridge about 10 minutes before cutting as well as using a hot knife will also help with cutting clean slices.
- Fresh Rice Bubbles will add a lovely crunch to the slice. The older the Rice Bubbles or the longer the packet has been opened, they do tend to lose their crunch.
