This year I also tried a new slice – Malteser Slice. This one is quick and easy and very yummy.
- 100 g margarine
- 1 pkt scotch finger biscuits crushed
- 200 g milk chocolate
- 3 TBSP golden syrup
- 1 pkt maltesers – around 200g or just over
- Melt the margarine, chocolate and syrup together. Add the crushed biscuits and the maltesers. Mix together and place in a lined lamington tray. Place in the fridge until set and then cut into squares to serve. You could also crushed the maltesers if you didn’t want the big balls in it.
