Ham, Cheese and Corn Muffins

- 2 cups SR Flour
- 420 g creamed corn
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 3/4 cup ham
Instructions
- Preheat the oven 180˚C.
- Line the muffin tray with muffin liners.
- Mix the flour, milk, creamed corn together.
- Then fold in the cheese and ham.
- Spoon into greased muffin trays.
- Bake in a moderate oven, 180˚C, for 20 minutes or until golden.
